What are the conditions for creating an account on Bingoal?
To create an account you have to meet some conditions:
• Have reached at least the age of 18 years
• Have a valid residence in Malta
• Have a Maltese bank account number
• Have a Maltese identity card, passport or residence permit

What is the minimum age to create an account on Bingoal?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors cannot open an account.
I get the message that my e-mail address is already in use when I want to create an account.
Chances are that you have already created an account at Bingoal in the past. You may only create 1 account, the use of multiple accounts is not permitted. Feel free to contact our helpdesk or [email protected].
I have created an account but have not received a confirmation yet, why?
Sometimes it happens that our e-mail is in the junk mail folder. If this is not the case and you are sure that you have used a correct e-mail address, please contact our helpdesk or [email protected].
I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can request a new password via forgot password. Instructions will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
I have repeatedly entered the wrong password and can not log in anymore, what now?

No, you can only have one Bingoal account.
What happens to my balance when I close my account?

All your pending bets will be processed normally.
Can I impose a limitation on a certain part of the website?
Yes. You have the option of imposing a restriction on yourself for a specific part of the website. Click here to go to the "Responsible Gaming" page.

I have set a restriction for a specific part of the website, but I want to undo it before the restriction period has expired. Is this possible?
Yes. Click here to go to the "Responsible Gaming" page. Then click on “Re-activate this section” for the section of the website for which you want to remove the restriction. The restriction will be undone after a cooling-off period of 24 hours if you had chosen for a definite period. If you chose an indefinite period, the restriction will be undone after a cooling-off period of 7 days.
I want to change my personal information, how do I do this?
